Day 1: Delhi to Leh
Welcome to Leh Airport, you will be received by our customer service representative and taken to the Hotel. After the check-in into the Hotel, you can rest for the whole day to get acclimatized with the change in temperatures. You will be given welcome tea and coffee by the Hotel staff. Visit Leh market after lunch and explore the beautiful Leh Palace and exorbitant Shanti Stupa. Stay in Leh overnight.
Day 2: Leh to Ule
Drive to Alchi monastery at a distance of 66kms from Leh after breakfast. Enroute you will visit the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara and the Magnetic Hill. Alchi Monastery is nestled in what is popularly known as Sham Valley. Get mesmerized by the view of Sangam of Indus river and Zanskar valley from Alchi Monastery and click beautiful pictures. Post that arrive for lunch at the resort. Feel the calm and peace on the banks of the Indus river in the evening. Stay overnight at Ule
Day 3: Ule to Kargil via Dhahanu and Sanjak
Get ready for a lovely drive to Kargil via Dhahanu village which is also known as the Land of Aryans. Explore the village and check into the Hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at Kargil.
Day 4: Kargil to Padum
In the early morning, after breakfast, enjoy the exciting drive towards Padum – the administrative headquarters in Zanskar valley, at a distance of 250kms from Kargil. Enroute take a halt at Karsekar village to watch the giant rock of Buddha carved in the year 960AD. Drive to Padum via Penzi La pass at an altitude of 14,436 ft. and enjoy the stunning views of Dran Drung Glacier and Nun Kun Peak. Reach Padum by evening and stay overnight.
Day 5: Padum to Rangdum
After an early morning breakfast, get ready for local sightseeing of Zangla Fort, Stongdey, Karsha, and Sani Gompa. After lunch leave for Rangdum village and stay overnight at Rangdum.
Day 6: Rangdum to Kargil
Leave for Kargil after breakfast. Drive back on the same route as earlier and reach Kargil by afternoon. Stay at Kargil overnight.
Day 7: Kargil to Leh
After breakfast, leave for Leh. On the way visit Mulbek, watch the gigantic Buddha sculpture on Rock Mountain and visit the Lamayuru Monastery which is also one of the oldest Monastery of Ladakh. Immerse yourself to the sparkling views of the Moon Landscape. Have a hot and delicious lunch after arriving at Ule and leave for Leh post Lunch. Reach by evening and stay at Leh overnight.
Day 8: Leh to Pangong Lake
This is the most wonderful time of the drive to Pangong Lake at an altitude of 14,500 ft. through Changla Pass which is the third-highest motorable pass in the world. After sightseeing, arrive at your camps, and you will be served hot lunch in the afternoon. In your free time, you can watch the changing colors of the lake and also do not miss to capture the sunset on the banks. Overnight leisure on the banks and watch the sky full of stars. Stay at the camp on Pangong Lake.
Day 9: Pangong Lake to Leh
After capturing the amazing sunset, the previous evening, it’s time to capture the beautiful sunrise as well. Don’t forget to click pictures of the picturesque morning at the lake. Drive back to Leh after breakfast. On the way cover Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Stay at Leh overnight.
Day 10: Leh to Nubra Valley
This day you will cross Khardungla Pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world located at an altitude of 18,380 ft. to arrive at Nubra Valley. Come and visit Hundur by afternoon and have lunch at the camp. You can visit Diskit village and Hunder village, ride on the Bactrian camels in the sand dunes situated between both these villages. Overnight stay in camp at Nubra Valley.
Day 11: Nubra Valley to Leh
After breakfast, get ready to visit another popular destination – Diksit Monastery from where you will get spectacular views of the entire Nubra valley in the backdrop of beautiful mountains. Drive back to Leh via the same route and stay overnight at Hotel in Leh.
Day 12: Leh to Tsomoriri Lake
After breakfast, drive to Tsomoriri lake-based above sea-level at the height of 14,000 ft. Enroute visit the hot spring at Chumathang located along the Indus river. Arrive late afternoon at Tsomoriri Lake. Later you can enjoy walking around the lake, which is so scenic and serene. Overnight stay at Korzok Village.
Day 13: Tsomoriri Lake to Leh
Next morning leave Tsomoriri Lake and drive through Tsokar Lake, Puga (Sulphur mine), Taglang La Pass – second highest motorable pass in the world at 17,585 ft. Check in at Leh by evening and stay overnight at Leh.
Day 14: Leh
Spend this day at your leisure. You can rest or visit local markets to shop for various handicrafts.
Day 15: Leh to Delhi (Departure)
Arrive at Leh airport early morning to board flight back to your destination.
