Full day excursion to Sonamarg. The distance of about 83 kms will be covered about 2-? hrs. Sonamarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. The everlasting Thajiwas glacier, 3 Km from Sonamarg, provides a chance to enjoy sledge ride on Snow even in mid ? summer. Ponies are available up to the glacier from Sonamarg. Drive back from Sonamarg and transfer to Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 58 kms will be covered in about 1 ? hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy a cable car ride which takes to the highest point. Evening return to your houseboat/hotel for dinner and overnight.

After early breakfast and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) via old part of Srinagar. Drive through Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman). Drive through the pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of about 98 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. One can enjoy a pony ride through thick pine forest. Evening Return to your reserved accommodation for Dinner and overnight.

After early breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing trip to Mughal Gardens The Mughal Gardens With terraced lawns, cascading fountains, paint-box-bright flowerbeds with the panorama of the Dal in front of them - the three Mughal Gardens of Nishat and Shalimar are the Mughal Emperors' concept of paradise and are today very popular places for picnics and excursions. Nishat Bagh Situated on the banks of the Dal Lake, with the Zabarwan Mountains as its backdrop, this ?Garden of Love? commands a magnificent view of the lake and the snow capped Pir Panjal mountain range which stands far away to the west of the valley. Nishat was designed in 1633 AD by Asaf Khan, brother of Nur Jehan. Shalimar Bagh Built by Emperor Jehangir for his wife NurJehan, Shalimar, 15 kms from the Tourists Reception Centre, is a beautiful garden with sweeping vistas over gardens and lakes, and shallow terraces. The garden is 539 m by 182 m and has four terraces, rising one above the other. A canal lined with polished stones and supplied with water from Harwan runs through the middle of the garden. The fourth terrace, by far the best, was once reserved for royal ladies. Pari Mahal Pari mahal (Palace of Fairy), 3 Km ahead of Chashmashahi garden, was a school of astrology built by eldest son of Shah Jahan, Prince Dara Shukho, who had keen interest in observation of stars & Sifism. The place is actually named after the Pari Begum, Dhara Shukhos wife. Perched in Zabarwan hills at a slightly higher altitude, the breathtaking view of the lake and city from the garden terraces makes every visitor stay for a little longer time.
