Join our adventurous Ladakh tour with bike (10 Nights 11 Days Motorbike tour Srinagar to Manali) from Srinagar to Manali. Our Srinagar Manali Bike Tour includes calming Dal Lake boat rides, visiting the Lamayuru monastery and Kargil, and driving through the Baralacha Pass.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 Srinagar Arrival

    Arrival in Srinagar. Meet our tour representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to a houseboat in Dal Lake/ Nagin Lake. Complete the check-in formalities. Lunch is followed by a Shikara ride on the placid waters of the Lake, one of the most popular things to do in Srinagar. Later on, get ready to visit the breathtaking Mughal Gardens-founded in the Mughal era. Nishat Bagh, Chashme-e-Shahi and Shalimar Bagh comprise the Mughal gardens. Stay overnight in Srinagar.

  • Day 2 Srinagar - Kargil (204 km / 6-7 hours)

    On day 2, post breakfast get ready for your road transfer to Kargil. On the way, there are halts at Sonamarg - a pristine valley with lush views and snow-clad peak; Zo jila Pass (a high altitude pass); Drass Village- the world's 2nd coldest inhabitant place. Here you visit War memorial hall and Museum- also known as Vijaypath. The memorial was constructed by the Indian Army in the memory of the soldiers and officers of the Indian Army who laid their lives in Kargil War. Evening arrival in Kargil. Check-in formalities. Overnight stay in Kargil.

  • Day 3 Kargil - Leh

    After breakfast, start driving towards Leh. On the way stop for a quick visit to the Lamayuru monastery. Lamayuru is known for its unique landscape that resembles the moon. Take clicks of the beauty to cherish it as wonderful memories. Continue with your journey. Stop at the Magnetic hill to marvel at the amazing natural wonder. Also pay respects to Pathar Sahib Gurudwara- constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji- the founder of Sikh religion and the first guru. Continue your road journey. On arrival in Leh, visit the Hall of Fame Museum a war memorial by the Indian Army that was founded in the memory of Indian soldiers who laid lives in Indo-Pak wars. Complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

  • Day 4 Leh

    On the 4th day, after breakfast free for leisure and rest, evening get ready for local sightseeing overnight at Leh.

  • Day 5 Leh - Nubra Valley

    Start the day getting ready to travel to the Nubra Valley. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations of Ladakh. The unique landscape has given it the name of 'desert in the sky'. On arrival, check-in at a guest house/hotel. Later, leave for sightseeing. The unmissrable attraction of Nubra Valley is camel safari on the Hunder sand dunes. The double-humped camels take you to explore the surrounding scenery. Next, visit the Panamik village. There are many hot water sulphur springs. Pay a visit to the Diskit Monastery, the oldest and the largest monastery of Nubra. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

  • Day 6 Nubra Valley - Pangong via Shayok River or Warila pass 120 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

    After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive to Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Shayok River. Arrival at Camp, later free time at Leisure and enjoy the colour changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.

  • Day 7 Pangong - Leh

    During early morning, you can enjoy a photo-session around the lake. Post breakfast, drive back to Leh. An optional tour of Hemis Monastery (5 kilometer away from Leh near Kharu) is also on the cards. Hemis is the largest and richest monastery complex in Ladakh. Drive back to Leh by noon. In the afternoon, enjoy a shopping tour in the local markets of Leh. Stay overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 8 Leh - Sarchu

    In the morning, on day 8, have breakfast and start your road journey to Sarchu, driving past the scenic Puga Valley, Tsokar Lake- another picturesque lake in Ladakh, Skyangchu Thang - a plateau stretching to 42 km. Lunch at the town of Pang. Continue your journey to Sarchu by driving past Nakee La and Lachlung La. Evening arrival in Sarchu. Check-in formalities. Stay overnight in Sarchu.

  • Day 9 Sarchu - Jispa

    The day is going to be equally amazing. Start your bike journey to Jispa, the next beautiful destination. As you drive past Jispa, you enter the Greater Himalayan landscape. Notice that size of the mountains has become bigger than the previous roads. Treat your eyes to the wonderful views as you are driving on Baralachha Pass (5000 m). Continue your ride till you reach Jispa, a village that forms the first border line between Himachal and Kashmir. Arrive at the Jispa camp. The rest of the day is for relaxing. Make sure that you consume a lot of fluids. Night stay in camp.

  • Day 10 Jispa - Manali

    After breakfast, drive to Manali. Get ready for a scenic drive. Halt for lunch at Sissu Village. Next, you cross the very popular Rohtang Pass, at an altitude of 13050 feet. Arrival in Manali. Check-in at a hotel.

  • Day 11 Manali Departure

    Today is the last day. Get an assisted transfer to the airport / bus stand for your onward journey.

  • Extra cost due to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond IYCs control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
